Last Saturday was a good run, I’ve improved tremendously on my lap time round the normal circuit of the Teratai terrain. Well the weather helped, it rained few hours before, and the air was crisp and cool. Did 2 loops and a short hill before sprinting to the finish line at the top in 30 minutes…usually it would be
