Running again,after an inconsistent month of on & off running.I finally
am getting into the flow again.I really cant maintain a consistent form,especially
running which is the fastest way to get in shape & get in that good fitness
zone.
Ran for 30 minutes today,didn’t feel the flow which i did in March when i ran
consistently 3 times a week.Felt a bit stiff,but the fitness is still there.Just
need to be more consistent that’s all.Now that i’ve stoped gym,i’ll be hitting
the roads more often & have since taken up badminton.I must also spend time
with my beloved bicycle called Kona Kula - KeiKei if it were to be a girl
Ever since i’ve bought the bike and ridden it for some 350 KM,i can’t stop thinking
of ways to make it faster & lighter.
I’ll be thinkering with the rear hub bearings,changing it to higher end stuff
to make it spin smoother & faster.It will surely make a difference.Ok back
to todays run - i’ll give it a 3 out of 5 rating,since i just got back to the
groove lately.
